Do you provide dog waste removal services all year round?

Yes! Scoop Route® provides dog waste removal services year-round. Even in the winter, we still show up for every service. When it snows, most of the waste that accumulates is still scoopable.

Does Scoop Route clean the entire yard?

Anywhere your dogs go: front, back and side yards, dog runs, and landscaped areas.

Do I need to be home when Scoop Route comes?

No. Just make sure we can get into the yard on your service day. You'll get a notification when the cleanup is done.

Can my dog be outside while Scoop Route cleans?

Friendly dogs are welcome to hang out. If your dog gets nervous or protective around strangers, please keep them inside on service day.

How does billing work with Scoop Route?

You're billed automatically on the 1st of each month for that month's visits. You can view invoices and update your card in the client portal.

Does Scoop Route work with apartments and HOAs?

Yes. We handle common-area cleanup, pet waste station installation and ongoing station maintenance. Email us about your property and we'll put together a plan.
